He is our Peace

On Sunday morning (7.30am, 9am, 10.45am) Melissa will explore the incredible gift the church is and the privilege we share in proclaiming the gospel as we turn to the first part of Ephesians 3.

At 12two (6pm), Cory Maxwell-Coghlan will continue the Veto series as he navigates the complexities of ethical decision making. 

Watoto Children’s Choir

WATOTO Children’s Choir from Uganda in East Africa will be at Newlife Uniting Church on Tuesday 9th August 7:30pm.

These 22 children, between ages eight and 13, have been left parentless by things such as war, disease and abandonment.

They are ambassadors for the Watoto Child Care villages in Uganda, Africa and will use their songs, colourful dancing, African beats and amazing personal stories to offer to Australians a hope that proves one can certainly rise above their circumstances.

Starting Points Parenting Course

Starting Points is a four-week skills course for parents of children aged 0-4.

Starting Points will give you an understanding of  your child’s developing personality, how to build your child’s self confidence and what is involved in correcting and serving your child’s boundaries. 

The cost is $30 per person. The course starts on Monday 15th August, from 9am -11:30am for 4 week at the church.
